It is important to know that there are easy to learn differences in natural food colors. Natural Color are different than synthetic chemical colors and because of the variables with plant based color you need to be aware of natural color you are using and the ingredients of what you are trying to color.  Most will get fantastic and desired results!  Sometimes results may not be as you expected as pH and heat and other variables can actually change natural colors hues. Additionally, some natural color bake well others will brown with heat.
